Painting

Timely maintenance of the exterior and interior paintwork on your property, not only keeps your property looking great, it also ensures the walls are protected against sun and water damage. We give each customer advice on how best to maintain and care for the walls after the work is finished which, if followed carefully, will guarantee our paintwork for a minimum of 3 years.

Although it can be easy to try and ignore this seemingly small issue, it is really important to address the problem straight away. Yusuf Toprak (proprietor) and his team have a wealth of experience in this area. They approach this by:-

- Carefully cleaning down the affected areas to ensure any loose paint is lifted and the area is properly prepared
- Applying an outside render to smooth down the walls
- Then applying a waterproof protector to minimise any later water damage
- Finally, the walls are repainted using high quality silicon paint which should protect your walls from the outside in

Similarly we use high quality silicon paint on interior walls so they are easy to wipe clean. We also specialise in woodwork and metalwork. As with the walls we always prepare the area carefully first and use the highest quality paints to get the best possible finish and ensure durability.

Coving
